Trees and Woodlands provides woodland management plans and reports for a range of clients including: Local authorities, private woodland owners, outdoor activities centres and farm estates.

Our 10 year plans are produced by experienced and qualified woodland managers and follow the ‘UK Forestry Standard’ and Forestry Commission template.

All reports are extensive in their content and will give you details on the condition of your woodland; species present; management options; pest and diseases present and their control; ecological benefits and habitats present; historical features and markets available for your produce.

Clear and detailed maps will accompany your plan and include maps such as: woodland species, current and future habitats, thinning and work plans and archeological features.

There are grants available from the Forestry Commission for the purpose of writing a management plan. The grant may cover the cost of the plan or contribute to its overall cost. Charges for writing plans depend on the size of your woodland and location. Please contact us for more details.
